We verify, calibrate and certify the performance of Aerosol

Photometer, Particle Counters, Air Velocity Meters and Air Capture Hood using standard Calibrator with best practice metrology methods. Our procedures are designed to maximize the repeatability, reproducibility and accuracy of our instruments and All Master instruments/ Standards are traceable to national or international standards. We have a team expert, skilled and meticulously trained engineers.

Instrument calibration is one of the primary processes used to maintain instrument accuracy. Calibration is the process of configuring an instrument to provide a result for a sample within an acceptable range. It checks the accuracy of the instrument and it determines the traceability of the measurement. The accuracy of all measuring devices degrade over time. This is typically caused by normal wear and tear. However, changes in accuracy can also be caused by electric or mechanical shock or a hazardous manufacturing environment (emp., oils, metal chips etc.). A measuring device should be calibrated annually before the next calibration due date. Hidden costs and risks associated with the un- calibrated measuring device could be much higher than the cost of calibration. Therefore, it is recommended that the measuring instruments are calibrated regularly to ensure that errors associated with the measurements are in the acceptable range. Calibrating the instrument reduces downtime.
